TC500 2.X Torp Controller For Surron Light Bee and Talaria MX4/MX3

The TORP TC500 2.X controller is a high-performance aftermarket controller designed as a direct-fit upgrade for the Surron Light Bee and Talaria MX4/MX3 electric off-road motorcycles. Using field-oriented control (FOC) with both sensored HALL and sensorless operation, it delivers substantially more power, sharper throttle response and cleaner efficiency than the stock unit. Paired with the stock Surron motor it produces up to 17kW; with the Talaria MX4 motor up to 18kW; and with the TM25 motor up to a full 25kW.

The controller supports 60V to 80V nominal battery packs (22S, 92.4V fully charged), a maximum battery current of 350A and a maximum phase current of 500A, with efficiency reaching up to 99%. Comprehensive protection covers overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage and overtemperature, and the unit communicates with the stock BMS and works with the original Surron display. Bluetooth pairing with the TORP mobile app on iOS and Android unlocks adjustable throttle and regenerative braking modes, and it is pre-calibrated for plug-and-play installation. An IP67 protection rating, a working temperature range of -15°C to 75°C, a 1kg weight and regular firmware updates round out a serious performance upgrade.
