Engwe L20 3.0 Boost Full Suspension Folding Electric Bike
The Engwe L20 3.0 Boost is Engwe's first compact folding e-bike with full suspension — a hydraulic fork with adjustable lockout up front and a 30mm rear shock behind. A 250W motor with a torque sensor delivers 75Nm through a hold-down Boost button, with assistance cutting off at 25 km/h for full EU pedelec compliance. The 648Wh (48V 13.5Ah) battery is rated to 135 km and refills in about two hours on the included 8A fast charger. 180mm dual-piston hydraulic discs, 20" × 3.0" puncture-protected tyres, a Shimano 7-speed drivetrain and a frame that folds to 100 × 51 × 75 cm. Road-legal in Ireland, Cycle to Work eligible, and in stock at Inner City Scooters, Dublin.

A 3mm anti-puncture layer plus extra passive damping — narrower and lighter-rolling than a fat tyre, but still soaks up rough pavement.
Ultra-Fast 8A Charging
Full in About Two Hours
The 54.6V 8A charger fills the 648Wh pack in roughly two hours — a third of the time most e-bikes of this size need. 21700 cells with BMS protection, rated to hold 80% capacity after 800 cycles.
Boost Mode: Power Meets Compliance
Press and hold for an instant surge of power — while staying fully within the EU 250W / 25 km/h rules. Performance and legality, not one or the other.

More Distance, Fewer Recharges
Engwe's lab test returned 135 km fully charged, and their real-world figures are 120 km at PAS 1, 100 km at PAS 3 and 85 km at PAS 5. Tested at 75 kg rider weight and 25°C — expect less in Irish winter.
