FAQ about the Fiido C11 Pro Electric Bike
Is the Fiido C11 Pro road-legal in Ireland?
Yes. Ridden in pedal-assist (pedelec) mode, the C11 Pro is a 250 W e-bike with assistance cutting off at 25 km/h, meeting the EU EPAC standard — so in Ireland it's treated like a normal bicycle, with no tax, insurance or licence required. The app-unlockable higher-power mode is for private land only.
How far can it go on one charge?
Up to 104 km in eco mode, around 87 km in sport and 80 km in turbo, based on Fiido's testing. Real-world range depends on assist level, rider weight, hills and wind.
How long does it take to charge?
The 499.2 Wh battery charges in roughly 4–6 hours, and it's removable so you can charge it indoors or at your desk.
Can I ride it in the rain?
Yes. The C11 Pro has an IP54 rating for dust and water protection, so it handles Irish rain and splashes. Avoid deep water and dry it down after wet rides.
How much does it weigh and what rider height does it suit?
It weighs about 24.5 kg and its easy-entry step-through frame, with adjustable seat and bars, fits riders from roughly 155 cm to 195 cm.
Does it have lights and security built in?
Yes — a bright front light and auto brake light come fitted, plus a one-key system that locks both the frame ring lock and the removable battery.
Is it available on the Bike to Work scheme?
Yes — the Fiido C11 Pro is eligible under the Bike to Work scheme. We typically dispatch within 1–2 working days, with delivery across Ireland in around 2–3 working days, or collect in-store in Dublin.
What warranty and servicing do you offer?
The C11 Pro comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, and our Dublin workshop can service and repair it locally.
