Warranty Disclaimer

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Inner City Scooter Limited. The Limited Warranty applies to physical goods and only for physical goods purchased from inner City Scooter Limited.

What does this limited warranty cover?
The Limited Warranty covers any defects in material
or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the Warranty period, Inner City Scooter Limited will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct the problem?
Inner City Scooter Limited will either only repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the cover last?
The warranty period for physical goods purchased from Inner City Scooter Limited is 3 months from the date of purchase. A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good.

What do I do after 3 months?
Every product we sell carries a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer and/or supplier. You need to get in touch with the company, i.e., Kugoo/Fildo. Their contact details are in the manual, which has your warranty. If a part on your bike/scooter is faulty, they will send it out and we will replace it for you. Their warranty only covers manufacturer
defects. It does not cover damage caused by the owner.


What does the warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is
caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must have proof of purchase in the
form of a receipt, you must contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate
solution for you. If you buy a scooter or bike from Inner City Scooter Limited, bring it to us to fix any issues. If you or another technician fixes or damages your bike or scooter, we will not be liable, and your warranty will be void.


Refund policy
No refunds after 14 days under any condition. No return, no refund policy.
