Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Inner City Scooters.

The Limited Warranty applies to electric bikes and electric scooters purchased from Inner City Scooters.

What does this limited warranty cover?

The Limited Warranty covers only defects in the product(s) and material(s) purchased from our company or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This includes parts of the Bike, Scooters and Purchased Parts such as the Battery, Controller, Display, Motor or any other defects that comes from the manufacturer. 

During the Warranty period, Inner City Scooters will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

 

What will we do to correct the problem?

Inner City Scooters will either only repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the cover last?

The Warranty Period for physical goods purchased from Inner City Scooters is 1 year from the date of purchase.

NB: A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good .

What does the warranty not cover? 

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions,malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • *NB: Negligence on your part that gives rise to product(s), material(s) or workmanship damage does not amount to warranty and won’t be done under warranty. This includes water damages to the battery, controller and display, bike/scooter puncture, cut wires skidding that leads to any fault on the product etc.
  • Any of our product(s), material(s) that has been tampered with will also not amount to warranty. 

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must have proof of purchase in the form of a receipt, you must contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

If you buy a scooter or bike from Inner City Scooters bring it to us to fix any issues. If you or a technician not from our company fixes or damages your bike or scooter we will not be liable and your warranty will be void.

Warranty Refund Policy: 

14 day moneyback guarantee if any of the good/s are unopened and unused and you decide to change your mind. A full refund will be offered based on the conditions above.
