🛒 Ordering & Availability

Q: How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website at innercityscooters.com. Select your product, add it to the cart, and follow the checkout instructions.

Q: Can I make changes to an order after it’s placed?

If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@innercityscooters.com with your order number.

Q: Are all products in stock?

We do our best to keep all listings up to date, but availability can change quickly. In some cases, products may have extended delivery times—especially if an item is purchased both online and in-store at the same time. We appreciate your understanding and recommend reaching out if you need real-time stock confirmation.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Ireland Shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-10 working days (€15 - for items less than €300)

  • Free Delivery: 5–10 working days (for items over €300)

EU Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery within 5–10 working days

  • All customs and import duties are fully paid by us

Q: Do you offer in-store collection?

Yes, collection is available from our Dublin showroom once your order is ready. We will notify you when your item is available for pick-up.

Q: Do you ship outside of Ireland?

Yes, we ship across the Europe. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

🔧 Warranty & Repairs

Q: What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all electric scooters and bikes, covering manufacturing defects. Please refer to our full Warranty Policy for details.

Q: How do I request a warranty claim?

Email us at info@innercityscooters.com with your order number, product details, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos.

Q: Do you offer servicing or repairs?

Yes, we offer servicing and repair for select brands. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all type of cards including Visa, Mastercard and  Klarna, and Humm for flexible payment options.

Q: Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we offer flexible instalment options via Klarna and Humm. These can be selected during checkout.

Q: Can I use discount codes or gift vouchers?

Yes, promo codes and vouchers can be applied at checkout. Only one discount code may be used per order.

🚴 Bike to Work Scheme

Q: Do you accept Bike to Work Scheme orders?

Yes, we fully support the Bike to Work Scheme. You can select eligible scooters/bikes and accessories up to the scheme limits.

Q:Can I purchase electric scooters under bike to work scheme ?

 Electric scooters are not officially eligible under the Bike to Work Scheme in Ireland.

However, you can still add your preferred electric scooter and any accessories to the quote list. Please include any special requests in the notes section. Our team will review your submission and get in touch with more details and options tailored to your request.

Q: How do I apply for the Bike to Work Scheme with you?

Simply click the “Add to Bike to Work Scheme” button on any eligible product page to include it in your quote. Visit our Bike to Work Scheme page for full details. You can submit a quotation request by visting the page. We will provide you with an invoice that you can present to your employer for payment.

Q: How long does it take to receive my Bike to Work order?

Most Bike to Work orders are delivered or ready for collection within 10–15 working days, but brands like Fiido, Engwe, and Bezior may take up to 4 weeks.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 14 days of purchase. Please see our full Refund Policy.

Q: How do I request a return?
