Engwe E26 3.0 Pro Electric SUV Bike
The Engwe E26 3.0 Pro is a full-suspension electric bike built for riders who want one machine for the commute, the coast road and the weekend trail. A 250W Mivice X700 mid-drive motor producing 100Nm of torque pairs with a 720Wh removable LG battery for up to 135km of range, on 26x3.0in all-road tyres with a genuine 4-bar linkage rear air shock. Available now from Inner City Scooters, Dublin, Ireland, with nationwide Irish and EU delivery, in-store setup and full aftercare from our Ballymount showroom.
Your Everyday Electric SUV
More capable than a trekking e-bike, more comfortable than an all-terrain bike. The E26 3.0 Pro is built for commuting, countryside spins and weekend exploring on the same frame.
Power Without Compromise
The Mivice X700 mid-drive motor sits at the crank rather than in the wheel hub, so the drive feels balanced and natural. With 100Nm of torque, 500W of peak power and up to 450% assistance, it pulls confidently up Irish hills and holds pace on gravel and mixed surfaces. A torque sensor reads how hard you are pedalling and matches the assistance to your effort, instead of switching on and off like a cadence sensor.
Comfort Beyond All-Road
A 6061 aluminium full-suspension frame keeps the bike settled where a hardtail would rattle. Broken tarmac, forest track, canal path, kerbs on the school run: the suspension takes the hit rather than your wrists and back.
80mm Adjustable Front Fork
Soaks up gravel and rough surfaces, with a hydraulic lockout so you can firm it up for smooth road sections and save your energy.
4-Bar Linkage Air Rear Shock
A 30mm air shock on a 4-bar linkage adapts to rider weight and load, keeping the rear wheel tracking the ground for a smoother, more stable ride.
Connected On Every Ride
The E26 3.0 Pro is a smart bike, not just an assisted one. Ride data, bike status, navigation and theft alerts all run through the Engwe App and the 3.5in full-colour display.
Navigation Projection
Turn-by-turn directions on the bike's own display, so you are not stopping to check your phone in Dublin traffic.
GPS And Anti-Theft Alarm
Real-time location tracking plus instant motion alerts if the bike is moved. GPS service is free for the first year.
Smart App Connectivity
Track distance, battery health, assist level and bike status from your phone, and adjust settings without tools.
Longer Range, Better Battery Protection
A 720Wh (48V 15Ah) LG lithium-ion battery with intelligent BMS protection delivers up to 135km on a single charge in pedal assist, measured under controlled conditions. Real-world Irish range depends on rider weight, terrain, wind and temperature, so expect less on a hilly commute in January than on a flat coastal run in June.
Faster Charging, Easier Living
The 54.6V 4A fast charger refills the pack in around 4-5 hours, and the battery is fully removable so you can bring it inside to a flat, an office or an apartment without wheeling the bike in with you.
Grip And Control On Any Surface
26x3.0in all-road tyres sit between a skinny commuter tyre and a full fat tyre: around 20% more grip than a 2.1in tyre, and roughly 25% lighter handling than a 4.0in fat tyre. Reflective sidewalls add side-on visibility on unlit roads, which matters on Irish winter evenings.
More To Love
Shimano 8-Speed Drivetrain
Shift smoothly through gradients and headwinds for a natural, bike-like ride feel.
3.5in Full-Colour Display
Speed, battery, assist level and navigation, readable in bright sun and after dark.

Strong, progressive stopping power with one-finger control, wet or dry.

FAQ about the Engwe E26 3.0 Pro
Is the Engwe E26 3.0 Pro road legal in Ireland?
Yes. It is a 250W pedelec with assistance cutting off at 25km/h and it is certified to CE EN15194 by TUV, so in pedal-assist mode it is treated the same as an ordinary bicycle in Ireland. No tax, insurance, licence or registration is required, and it can be used on public roads and cycle lanes. We recommend riding in pedal assist on public roads.
Is it eligible for the Bike to Work scheme?
Yes. As a certified EN15194 pedelec it qualifies under the Bike to Work scheme, where the e-bike limit is EUR 1,500. Apply through your employer, send us the voucher or certificate, and we will get the bike ordered and built for you. Contact us if you would like a quote to bring to your employer.
What is the real-world range in Irish conditions?
Engwe rate the 720Wh battery at up to 135km in pedal assist under controlled test conditions. In everyday Irish use, expect meaningfully less: rider weight, hills, headwind, tyre pressure, assist level and cold weather all reduce range. A realistic figure for a mixed commute on mid assist is roughly 70-100km, and less again in winter.
How long does the battery take to charge?
Around 4-5 hours from empty with the supplied 54.6V 4A fast charger. The battery is removable, so you can take it indoors and charge it in a flat, house or office rather than charging the whole bike. Charge on a hard surface, away from exits, and use only the supplied charger.
Can it be ridden in the rain?
Yes, it is built for Irish weather. The wiring is rated IPX7, the display and lights IPX6, the motor and controller IPX5 and the battery box IPX4, so normal rain and wet roads are fine. Do not submerge the bike, jet-wash it, or leave it standing in deep water, and dry the contacts before charging.
Does it fold, and how heavy is it?
No, the E26 3.0 Pro does not fold. It is a full-suspension frame weighing 34kg with the battery fitted, or 30.2kg with the battery removed. If you need to lift or carry it regularly, take the battery out first. For a folding option, ask us about the Engwe Zip or O20 Boost.
What height rider does it suit?
Engwe recommend riders between 163cm and 193cm. Seat height adjusts from 93cm to 103cm and standover height is 48cm. If you are near either end of that range, call in to the Ballymount showroom and sit on one before you buy.
How long is delivery and what warranty do I get?
We deliver across Ireland and the EU, typically within 3-5 working days for in-stock bikes. The E26 3.0 Pro comes with a 2-year warranty, and we service and repair everything we sell at our Dublin workshop. Klarna and Humm instalments are available at checkout.
