Refund & Return Policy

14-Day Return Period

Customers may request a return and refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided the item is unused, unopened, and returned in the same condition in which it was received. This policy aligns with our standard 14-day “change of mind” period and does not affect your statutory rights.

Conditions for Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

The item must be free from any signs of wear or damage.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided with the return.

The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged, or any return initiated beyond the 14-day period, will not be accepted for a refund.
