Shipping Policy

Inner City Scooters ships from our Dublin showroom to Ireland, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight or value of your order. The rates below apply to in-stock items.

Ireland & Northern Ireland

Delivery: 3–5 working days for in-stock items

  • Standard Shipping: €15 on orders under €300
  • Free Shipping on orders of €300 or more

Rest of EU

Delivery: 5–10 working days for in-stock items. All customs charges and import duties are fully paid by us.

  • EU Standard Shipping (0–5 kg): €15
  • EU Standard Shipping (5.1–35 kg): €50
  • EU Oversized Shipping (35.1–59.9 kg): €125
  • EU 2X Oversized Shipping (60 kg and up): €150

United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland)

Parts & Accessories — Courier

All parts and accessories are sent by courier.

  • UK Standard Shipping: £20
  • Delivery: 5–10 business days for in-stock items

Bikes & Scooters — Our Own Van (Duties Paid)

Electric bikes and scooters are delivered to the UK by our own van between the 1st and 10th of each month. Order before the 30th to be included in the next month's run. All UK duties and taxes are paid by us — there is nothing to pay on delivery. You pay only the shipping charge shown at checkout.

  • UK Delivery — Our Own Van (5.1–59.9 kg): £100
  • UK Delivery — Our Own Van (60–150 kg): £150
  • UK Delivery — Our Own Van (150.1 kg and up): £200

Delivery: 15–25 business days, depending on when in the month the order is placed.

Pre-Orders & Deposits

Shipping costs are not included in a deposit. An updated order with the shipping charge will be sent to you once the item is in stock. Delivery for pre-ordered items is typically 10–15 business days from arrival in stock.

In-Store Collection

Free collection is available from our Dublin showroom (Unit 19B, Fashion City, Ballymount Road Upper, Dublin 24, D24 YT68) once your order is ready. We will notify you when your item is available for pick-up.

General

  • Delivery times are estimates for in-stock items and count from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
  • Shipping charges are per order, based on the total weight or value of the items in your cart.
  • Please check your goods on delivery and report any transit damage to us within 48 hours at info@innercityscooters.com so we can raise it with the carrier.
  • Seasonal deal prices are not applicable to Bike to Work scheme orders.
