Yes. The Fiido T3 and T3 Max are 250W, 25 km/h pedal-assist e-bikes, so they are EU road legal as pedelecs — no licence, tax or insurance needed. The higher-power T2 can be limited to road-legal mode, with its full performance intended for private land.
Can I buy a cargo e-bike through the Bike to Work Scheme?

How much can an electric cargo bike carry?
