The Romeo II is speed-limited to 25 km/h, matching the EU pedelec (EPAC) speed cap. Because it uses two 250W motors for a 500W combined output, its total power is above the 250W figure in the strict single-motor pedelec definition. For fully rule-compliant road use, select a single-motor mode (front-only or rear-only, 250W) and ride in pedal-assist — dual-motor and throttle use are best kept for private land and trails.
