The Revvi 20" is the perfect electric motor bike for older young riders, combining extra power, stability, and premium performance. With three speed settings — 10 mph (slow), 16 mph (medium), and 22 mph (fast) — kids can start safely at a lower pace and progress to higher speeds as their confidence grows.

Driven by a powerful 36V 800W brushless hub motor, the Revvi 20" delivers around 1 hour 30 minutes of riding at slow speed, 1 hour at medium, or 35 minutes at fast, depending on rider weight and terrain. A quick 2 hour 30 minute charge time keeps the bike ready for regular use.

Built with a strong lightweight metal frame, hydraulic front and rear disc brakes, full suspension, and large 20" spoked wheels with off-road tyres, the Revvi 20" provides excellent control and comfort on varied ground. Adjustable alloy brake levers, aluminium handlebars, foldable MX-style foot pegs, and an external charge port add convenience and ease of use. Finished with Revvi graphics and available in multiple colours, the Revvi 20" offers serious performance for growing riders — now available at Inner City Scooters, Dublin, Ireland.

Revvi 20″ Kids’ Electric Bike — Ages 10+

The Revvi 20″ electric bike is the big-kid end of the Revvi range — a full-suspension, hydraulic-braked off-road bike built for confident riders who have outgrown the smaller models. A 36V 800W brushless hub motor and a removable 36V 7.5Ah battery drive three parent-selectable speed settings of 10, 16 and 22 mph, with up to 1 hour 30 minutes of riding in slow mode. Suspension forks, a rear air shock, hydraulic discs front and rear and spoked 20″ wheels on aggressive knobbly tyres make it a proper off-road machine. In stock now at Inner City Scooters, Ballymount, Dublin 24 — with delivery across Ireland.

The biggest step up in the Revvi range

Where the smaller Revvis are about learning, the 20″ is about riding properly. The 800W brushless hub motor sits in the rear wheel for instant, quiet drive with no chain to maintain, and the three speed settings let a parent hold the bike at 10 mph while a rider builds skill, then open it up to 16 and eventually 22 mph. Suspension forks with 100 mm of travel and a 140 psi rear air shock soak up jumps and rough ground, while hydraulic disc brakes front and rear give the stopping power that kind of speed needs.

Spoked 20″ rims on aggressive knobbly tyres, an aluminium alloy frame with a proper MX-style swingarm and a 65 kg rider limit make this a bike that suits riders from about 10 years up — including plenty of adults' weight on a test ride. Inner City Scooters stocks the Revvi range and Revvi spares at our Ballymount showroom in Dublin 24, so servicing, tyres and chargers are all local.

Key features of the Revvi 20″

Three speed settings

10 mph (slow), 16 mph (medium) and 22 mph (fast) — roughly 16, 26 and 35 km/h. Set the limit to match the rider and raise it as they progress.

800W brushless hub motor

A high-torque 36V 800W motor built into the rear wheel — instant drive, near-silent running and no chain or sprockets to adjust, clean or replace.

Front and rear suspension

Suspension forks with 100 mm of travel up front and a 140 psi air shock with 30 mm of travel at the rear — real control over jumps, ruts and rough ground.

Hydraulic disc brakes

Proper hydraulic discs front and rear, with adjustable levers for smaller hands. Consistent, progressive braking in the wet and the dry.

Removable 36V 7.5Ah battery

Lift the battery out to charge it indoors, or carry a spare to double a session. A full charge takes about 2 hours 30 minutes from an external charge port.

20″ spoked wheels

Large spoked 20″ rims on aggressive knobbly tyres roll over bigger obstacles, hold a line in mud and can be trued and rebuilt rather than replaced.

Revvi on video

Revvi has not released a model-specific film for the 20″ yet. In the meantime, these two official Revvi clips cover the removable battery system used across the range and how Revvi bikes are built.

Size, fit and dimensions

The Revvi 20″ is aimed at riders from about 10 years and up. It measures 109 cm long and 93–97 cm tall, with 23 cm of ground clearance and a seat that adjusts between 68 cm and 88 cm. Maximum permitted rider weight is 65 kg. If your child is not quite there yet, the Revvi 18″ or Revvi 16″ XL are the steps below; the Revvi 24″ is the step above. Call in to our Dublin 24 showroom and we will size your rider before you buy.

Where to ride: the Revvi 20″ reaches 22 mph (about 35 km/h) and is an off-road machine for private land with the owner’s permission. It is not legal on Irish public roads, footpaths or cycle lanes, and is not a pedelec. Riders must be supervised by an adult and should wear a helmet, gloves and suitable protective gear. Start in the 10 mph mode until the rider is fully confident.

FAQ about the Revvi 20″ Kids’ Electric Bike

What age is the Revvi 20″ suitable for?

Revvi rates the 20″ for riders aged roughly 10 and up, though fit depends on height and confidence rather than birthday. The seat adjusts between 68 cm and 88 cm and the maximum permitted rider weight is 65 kg. Our Dublin team can size your rider in the showroom before you buy.

Can it be ridden on the road in Ireland?

No. At 22 mph (about 35 km/h) with a throttle and no pedals, the Revvi 20″ is not a pedelec and is not legal on Irish public roads, footpaths or cycle lanes. It is for off-road use on private land with the owner’s permission, with adult supervision, a helmet and protective gear.

How fast does it go, and can I limit the speed?

It has three speed settings — 10 mph (slow), 16 mph (medium) and 22 mph (fast), roughly 16, 26 and 35 km/h. Parents can hold the bike at the lower settings and raise the limit as the rider’s skill grows. We recommend starting in slow mode.

How long does it run, and how long does it take to charge?

Roughly 1 hour 30 minutes in slow mode, about 1 hour in medium and around 35 minutes in fast mode, depending on rider weight, terrain and how hard it is ridden. A full charge of the removable 36V 7.5Ah battery takes about 2 hours 30 minutes.

What suspension and brakes does it have?

Suspension forks with 100 mm of travel at the front and a 140 psi air shock with 30 mm of travel at the rear, plus hydraulic disc brakes front and rear with adjustable levers for smaller hands.

Does it have a chain, and how much maintenance does it need?

No chain — the 800W brushless motor is built into the rear hub, so there are no sprockets or chain to tension, clean or replace. Normal care is tyre pressures, brake pads, keeping the battery charged and an occasional bolt check.

Can it be ridden in the rain or in mud?

There is no published IP rating, so treat it as shower- and splash-resistant rather than waterproof. Damp grass, mud and puddles are fine; avoid deep water and never jet wash it. Dry it off after a wet session and keep the battery contacts clean.

Does it need assembly?

The Revvi 20″ arrives largely assembled with only minor setup before the first ride. Our Dublin workshop can build it, charge it and check it over so it is ready to ride — just ask when ordering.

What warranty and after-sales support do you get?

The Revvi 20″ carries Revvi’s 6-month manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Inner City Scooters stocks Revvi in Ireland, so servicing, tyres, throttles and other Revvi spares are available from our Dublin 24 workshop.

Do you deliver across Ireland, and can I pay in instalments?

Yes — we ship nationwide across Ireland, usually within a few working days, and you are welcome to collect in Ballymount, Dublin 24. You can spread the cost at checkout with finance options such as Klarna and humm, subject to approval.
