There's a photo we take of every bike that lands in Fashion City — up against the green wall, under the sign, before it goes anywhere near a customer. The pictures below are all our own, taken here in the shop, so what you're looking at is the actual bike you'd be collecting rather than a catalogue render.
And right now we have the full Revvi range on the floor, from the little 12" balance bike for a two-year-old up to the brand-new Revvi 24", which is the biggest and fastest one they make. Below is every model in the range, with the age it's built for, what it'll do, and who it actually suits. Revvi bikes are off-road machines, so there's a straight word on that at the end too.

Every one of them has a three-mode speed limiter — or two modes on the 12" — so you set the bike low while they're learning and unlock the faster settings when they've earned them. That's the single most useful feature on the whole range, and it's the reason a Revvi grows with a child rather than being outgrown in a season.
Revvi 12" — ages 2 to 6
The Revvi 12" is where most families start, and at 9 kg it's light enough that a small child can pick it up themselves. It's a balance bike — no pedals — with a 100 W chain-driven motor and two speed settings: roughly 8 km/h for a beginner and 16 km/h once they've the hang of it. Maximum rider weight is 34 kg.
The nice touch is the freewheel back wheel: with the power off it works as an ordinary push balance bike, so a nervous two-year-old can scoot along with their feet and grow into the throttle in their own time. The 24 V battery lifts out for charging and takes about two and a half to three hours. It comes with a number board and a set of name letters, which is usually the first thing they want done. Six-month parts warranty on this one, and we have it in stock in a few colours.
Revvi 16" — ages 5 to 8
The Revvi 16" is the one that sells the most, and it's the classic first "proper" electric bike for a five to eight-year-old. A 250 W brushless motor, three speed modes at roughly 13, 16 and 19 km/h, and a removable 24 V 5.2 Ah battery that gives about an hour and twenty-five minutes in slow mode, dropping to around fifty minutes if they're flat out all day.
It weighs 11 kg with a 40 kg rider limit, runs knobbly 16" pneumatic tyres and a rear drum brake with a child-sized lever. Like the 12", it freewheels, so it can be pushed along like a normal balance bike. Charging takes five and a half to six hours, so it's an overnight job — worth knowing before a birthday morning.
Revvi 16" Plus — ages 5 to 8, with a bit more in it
Same age bracket as the standard 16", but a step up in everything else. The Revvi 16" Plus moves to a 36 V system with three modes at roughly 8, 14 and 24 km/h, swaps the drum brake for a rear disc, and raises the rider limit to 50 kg. Seat height adjusts between 470 and 530 mm, so it suits a taller child in the same age group.
Battery is a removable 36 V in either 5.2 Ah or 6.8 Ah, giving up to about an hour, with a five to six-hour charge. If you've a confident five or six-year-old who'll be riding with older cousins, this is the sensible buy over the standard 16". Ask us about current availability on this one — it moves quickly.
Revvi 16" XL — ages 6 and up
The Revvi 16" XL looks like a 16" but rides like something much more serious. A 600 W chainless rear hub motor, three modes at 15, 22 and 28 km/h, full suspension front and rear, and hydraulic disc brakes at both ends. It's 17.4 kg with a 70 kg maximum load, which means an older child or a light teenager still fits.
The chainless drive is the headline for parents: no chain to come off, no chain to tension, far less to go wrong in a muddy field. Range is around 16 to 17 km depending on the mode, and it charges in about two hours fifty. For a six or seven-year-old who has already worn out a smaller balance bike, this is the natural next step.
Revvi 18" — ages 8 to 12
From here on, the bikes start to look like small motocross machines, foot pegs and all. The Revvi 18" runs a 36 V 500 W brushless hub motor with three modes at roughly 15, 22 and 32 km/h, front suspension forks and a rear air shock, and hydraulic discs with adjustable levers so smaller hands can reach them.
It's about 20 kg with a 50 kg maximum load, and the removable 36 V 5 Ah battery gives an hour and twenty in slow mode or twenty-five to thirty minutes if they're pinned in fast mode all afternoon. Charging is quick at around an hour fifty, which matters more than you'd think when there are two of them queuing for a go.
Revvi 20" — ages 10 and up
The Revvi 20" is the one most ten to thirteen-year-olds land on. An 800 W brushless hub motor on 36 V, three modes at roughly 16, 26 and 35 km/h, spoked 20" wheels on knobbly off-road tyres, front forks and a rear air shock, and hydraulic discs front and rear.
At 22.5 kg with a 65 kg load limit it takes a decent-sized rider, and the 7.5 Ah battery is good for around an hour and a half in slow mode or thirty-five minutes flat out, charging in about two and a half hours. We keep the best stock of this size, and it's the one we'd point most parents towards for a child who is already riding confidently.
Revvi 20" Plus — ages 10 and up, considerably quicker
The Revvi 20" Plus is a serious piece of kit. A 48 V 1000 W rated hub motor peaking at 1500 W with 132 N·m of torque, three modes at 22, 32 and 43 km/h, an EXHO adjustable air fork up front and an adjustable Fastace shock at the back. Seat height runs from 71 to 88 cm, so it fits a big child right up to a small adult, and the load limit is 75 kg.
The 48 V 15 Ah battery swaps out in about a minute, which is how the serious families run two batteries and keep going all day. It's 28 kg, charges in roughly five hours, and carries a six-month parts warranty. This one is currently on pre-order with delivery typically ten to fifteen working days — worth ordering early if it's for Christmas.
Revvi 24" — ages 12 and up — our new arrival
Newest in the range and the biggest Revvi made. The Revvi 24" is built for riders of twelve and over, on 24" spoked wheels with aggressive knobbly tyres, RST forks with 140 mm of travel, an RST air shock on a forged swing arm and hydraulic discs front and rear.
Power is a 48 V 1000 W rated hub motor, 1500 W peak, 132 N·m of torque, chainless like the rest of the bigger bikes. Three modes at 25, 35 and 48 km/h. The 48 V 15 Ah battery is quoted at around 33 km in slow mode, 29 km in medium and 24 km flat out, charging in roughly three hours. It weighs 30.8 kg with a 75 kg load limit, so plenty of adults could ride it — and, in fairness, plenty do.
At €1,849 it's the top of the range, and we have it in the shop now if you want to see one in the metal before you commit. Come and have a look at it up against the 20" — the difference in scale surprises people.
Where they can be ridden, and the gear that goes with them
This part matters. Revvi bikes are off-road machines. They aren't road-legal in Ireland or the EU, so they're for private land and private property with the landowner's permission — not public roads, footpaths or cycle lanes. Plenty of our customers have a field, a farm, a yard or a track club, and that's exactly the setting these are designed for.
The other thing we'd say to every parent: start in the slowest mode, no matter how much they argue, and don't unlock the next one until they can stop properly. A helmet is not optional, and gloves, knee and elbow pads are worth every cent the first time they come off. Supervise the younger ones the whole time.
Servicing, spares and paying for it
We stock Revvi spares here in Dublin — throttles, chargers, tyres, brakes, speed switches and the 350 W brushless upgrade kit for the 16" and 16" Plus — so a broken part on a Saturday isn't the end of the world. Servicing and setup are done in our own workshop, and we can deliver most models fully assembled if you'd rather not be at it yourself.
You can spread the cost with Humm or Klarna at checkout, and we ship right across Ireland. Do bear in mind that kids' off-road bikes aren't covered by the Bike to Work scheme — that one applies to road-legal pedal e-bikes.
Reserve yours now for Christmas
Here's the honest bit. Revvi is our busiest range in the run-up to Christmas, and the sizes families want most — the 16", the 20" and now the 24" — are the first to go. Once a colour or size is gone in November, it's gone.
So if you know which one you're after, put a deposit on it now through our Christmas Club 2026. You reserve the exact bike, in the colour you want, we hold it here in the shop, and you pay the balance closer to Christmas. It takes the panic out of December entirely, and it's the only way to be certain the one you want will be there.
