eBox 2 V2 Electric Off-Road Dirt Bike — 2kW Mini Motocross
The eBox 2 V2 is a powerful yet lightweight electric motocross bike designed for off-road fun and skill-building. A 2.0 kW peak motor reaches up to 52 km/h with smooth, controlled power, and externally adjustable top speed and acceleration make it ideal for beginners and improving riders alike. With a 60 V 18.2 Ah removable lithium battery, 180 mm hydraulic disc brakes, USD forks and a progressive rear mono-shock, it's a serious little machine — not a toy. Available now at Inner City Scooters, Dublin, Ireland.
Lightweight, powerful and built to grow with the rider
The V2 is the refined evolution of the eBox 2, with revised geometry, longer forks, stiffened springs and a progressive rear mono-shock that caters for a wide range of rider weights. Its 2.0 kW brushless powertrain packs a real punch, and because top speed and acceleration are externally adjustable, parents can dial it back for new riders and open it up as skills improve. Designed for ages 14 and up, it's a genuine mini-motocross bike, not a toy.
2.0 kW brushless motor
A swing-arm-mounted 2.0 kW (2.6 hp) brushless DC motor spins to ~4,400 RPM for a punchy, controllable ride and a 52 km/h top speed — quiet, clean and maintenance-light versus a petrol pit bike.
Adjustable top speed & acceleration
External adjustability lets you limit both top speed and acceleration — perfect for easing new or younger riders in, then unlocking the full performance as their confidence grows.
60 V 18.2 Ah removable battery
The removable 60 V 18.2 Ah lithium battery gives a real-world range of 35–40 km and lifts out for easy indoor charging, with a full charge in roughly 5–6 hours.
180 mm hydraulic disc brakes
Hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors front and rear deliver strong, reliable stopping power to match the bike's performance on the trails.
USD forks + progressive mono-shock
Upside-down front forks and a progressive rear mono-shock (non-linkage) soak up bumps and jumps while adapting to different rider weights for comfort and control.
Tough, light steel chassis
A high-strength, powder-coated double-cradle steel frame with a removable subframe keeps the V2 durable yet light at ~45 kg, with a low 660 mm seat and 85 kg max load.

FAQ about the eBox 2 V2 Electric Dirt Bike
Is the eBox 2 V2 road-legal in Ireland?
No. The eBox 2 V2 is a powered electric mini-motocross bike (2 kW, 52 km/h) supplied for off-road and private-land use only. It is not type-approved, taxed or registered for public roads, so it must not be ridden on public roads, footpaths or cycle lanes in Ireland. Use it on private land or sanctioned off-road areas with permission.
What age and size is it suitable for?
It's designed for ages 14 and up, with a low 660 mm seat height and an 85 kg maximum load — making it a great fit for teens and lighter adults. As a genuine mini-motocross bike, riders should be confident and always wear protective gear.
Can I limit the speed for a new rider?
Yes. Both top speed and acceleration are externally adjustable, so you can dial the V2 right back for a beginner and gradually open it up as their skills and confidence grow.
What range and charge time can I expect?
The 60 V 18.2 Ah battery gives a real-world range of 35–40 km, depending on rider weight, terrain and riding style. A full charge takes roughly 5–6 hours, and the battery is removable for convenient indoor charging.
What suspension and brakes does it have?
USD (upside-down) front forks and a progressive rear mono-shock provide proper off-road suspension, while 180 mm hydraulic disc brakes front and rear give strong, controlled stopping power.
How is the V2 different from the original eBox 2?
The V2 has revised geometry, longer forks and a slacker head-tube angle, stiffer fork springs, a progressive rear mono-shock for a wider range of rider weights, and an improved, more reliable controller and motor hall sensors.
What warranty and support do you offer?
The eBox 2 V2 comes with a 6-month parts warranty against manufacturing defects, plus after-sales support, spares and servicing from Inner City Scooters in Dublin. Please confirm current warranty terms with us at purchase.
