Your Inner City Rewards dashboard gives you a complete overview of your points balance, tier status, and available benefits. You’ll earn points on every online and in-store order, and you can redeem them online to save on your next purchase. Visit the “Rewards” section to view your points history, redeem rewards, or track your progress toward the next tier—points can only be used for online purchases.

Your reward points are yours to keep indefinitely. There's no expiration date, giving you complete flexibility to save and redeem your points whenever you choose. We believe in rewarding your loyalty on your terms.

Once you’re logged in at innercityscooters.com, go to the Rewards section. In your dashboard, you’ll see your points and can choose to redeem them. After redeeming, a discount code will appear—simply copy the code and apply it at checkout to save on your next online order.
