How to Become a B2B Customer

Follow these simple steps to apply for a B2B account, get approved (usually within 24 hours), and start shopping with your exclusive trade pricing.

Open Your Account Dashboard

Once you’re logged in, go to your account page:

Click “Sign Up as B2B Customer” and submit your request.

Approval Timeline

Good to know: We review B2B requests and typically approve them within 24 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your B2B account is activated.

Shop with Trade Pricing
  • After activation, browse discounted items via the B2B Quick‑Buy page.
  • Or shop on any product page as normal- your B2B discount will apply automatically at checkout after logged in.

Collection & Shipping

Our B2B partners usually collect from the store. If you need delivery:

  1. At checkout, choose Store Pickup.
  2. In the order notes, write: I need this to be shipped.”
  3. We’ll contact you by phone to confirm shipping cost and estimated timeframe before dispatch.

Note: Shipping is quoted separately for B2B orders. Selecting "Store Pickup" helps us verify the trade order and arrange the best shipping option for you.
