A full 6061 aluminium alloy frame gives the A20 Pro a robust, rigid chassis that stays light enough for a young rider to handle, pick up and manoeuvre.
36V 10Ah removable battery
The 36V 10Ah lithium battery sits in an easily removable, water-resistant IP66-grade battery box, so it lifts out for charging indoors. Expect a range of 25–35 km in optimum conditions and a charge time of 2–4 hours.
Powerful 800W hub drive
The integrated rear hub motor delivers almost instant power with less drag and virtually no noise. With 28 Nm of torque, it pulls strongly out of corners and up short climbs.
Composite wheels, Kenda fat tyres & 80 mm fork
20 × 2.60 inch composite wheels wear pneumatic Kenda fat off-road tyres for grip on loose ground, while the hydraulic adjustable fork with 80 mm of travel smooths out roots, ruts and bumps.

Is the Amped A20 Pro road legal in Ireland?
No. The A20 Pro is a throttle-powered kids' electric bike that reaches up to 45 km/h, so it is not a pedal-assist e-bike and is not road-legal in Ireland. Ride it only on private land or suitable off-road areas, never on public roads, footpaths or cycle lanes, and always under adult supervision.
What age and size is the A20 Pro for?
Amped recommends it for riders aged roughly 7 to 13+, depending on height and skill. The seat adjusts from 58 to 68 cm and your rider should be able to touch the ground with both feet. Bring them to our Dublin store to check the fit.
How fast does it go, and can I limit the speed?
There are three speed modes: Beginner (15 km/h), Advanced (30 km/h) and Sport (45 km/h). Start in Beginner and only move up once your rider is fully in control, with a helmet and protective gear.
What is the range and charge time?
The 36V 10Ah lithium battery gives 25–35 km in optimum conditions; rider weight, terrain and speed mode all affect it. A full charge takes 2–4 hours, and the battery lifts out for charging indoors.
Can the A20 Pro be ridden in the wet?
The battery sits in a water-resistant IP66-grade box and the bike copes with damp trails and puddle splashes. Avoid deep water, submerging the bike and pressure-washing, and dry it off after wet rides.
What is the difference between the Amped A20 and A20 Pro?
